Since its launch in October 2021, Three Food Memories has built a loyal global following by blending intimate storytelling with unforgettable culinary moments. In live recordings Savva’s special guests share their food memories creating a rich, sensory experience that brings stories to life.

A major milestone has just been reached with the release of the podcast’s 100th episode out now, featuring internationally renowned Italian chef and restaurateur Gennaro Contaldo - marking a standout moment in the show’s journey. Gennaro is best known for mentoring British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver and partnering with Antonio Carluccio on the BBC series “Two Greedy Italians”. 

Each episode invites audiences into deeply personal conversations filled with nostalgia, humour, and heartfelt reflection — celebrating the universal power of food to connect generations, cultures, and communities.

Over the past four years across 100 episodes of Three Food Memories Savva has welcomed high-profile and influential guests, including Ita Buttrose AC OBE, Jamie Durie, Alex Perry, Natalie Imbruglia, Ken Done AM, Stephanie Alexander AO, Benjamin Law, Nat’s What I Reckon, Sean Moran, Daniel and Luke Mancuso (Yiayia Next Door), Yasmine Saleh Ghoniem, and many more. This year Gennaro Contaldo kicks off the new series with upcoming episodes featuring Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Kathy Lette, Emily Maitlis and Antoun Issa.
