PACIFIC AVENUE DROP EARLY HIGHLY ANTICIPATED SECOND ALBUM “LOVESICK SENTIMENTAL” - OUT NOW HERE
NEW MUSIC VIDEO “TELL ME IT AIN’T OVER” HERE
Australian indie-rock favourites Pacific Avenue have surprised fans by releasing their highly anticipated second studio album Lovesick Sentimental a week earlier than expected, available everywhere today HERE.
The release follows a recent creative and heartfelt new album date reveal, when the band surprised fans on Valentine’s Day with a unique outdoor activation on King Street in Newtown, Sydney. A large billboard was completely covered in handwritten post-it notes, each featuring messages inspired by Lovesick Sentimental. Fans and passersby were invited to peel off a note to keep or share with someone they love. As the notes were gradually removed throughout the afternoon, the billboard underneath slowly revealed the band’s new album release date of February 27.
To celebrate the album’s arrival, the band highlight a brilliant new focus single off it titled Tell Me It Ain’t Over, which accompanies previous album tasters Here We Go Again and Working Class Hero, which introduced fans to the bold and emotive sonic world of the new album. All captures a band in full bloom and proving once again why they’ve become one of Australia’s most loved and dynamic acts.
As album release day excitement builds Pacific Avenue will take their latest music straight to the stage with a national Australian headline tour presented by Triple J kicking off next week on March 6 with tour dates below. Then travel across to Europe and the UK with live dates throughout April.
