Released today on all streaming platforms is the high-energy collaborative single titled "Around U" with an unforgettable sonic collision between ARIA-Award winning hitmakers Peking Duk, multi-platinum-selling Kiwi band Drax Project and chart-topping singer-songwriter Kita Alexander.
This new track out in time for Spring brings together the incredible Australian and New Zealand talents to create something that not only sounds amazing but also celebrates the collective spirit of our region. "Around U” is all about joy and unity, fusing Peking Duk's dynamic electronic beats combined with Drax Project's smooth pop-jazz groove, and Kita Alexander's infectious pop prowess.
The release from Coke Studio, a global music platform that sparks unexpected collisions, which can be anything from artists who don’t usually collaborate to mixing genres that aren’t traditionally fused to create one-of-a-kind collaborations.
Peking Duk’s electronic duo Adam Hyde and Reuben Styles said: “We’re stoked to be part of Coke Studio this year. Creating a song with the incredible Kita Alexander and the Drax boys was pure magic - everyone brought their own flavour, and it just clicked. ‘Around U’ is a banger. Turn it up!”

The three artists will unite on stage to perform "Around U" for the first time for an exclusive live performance in Sydney on Thursday, October 9 at the National Art School.
